Bruce Blakeman

Bruce Blakeman is a lifelong New Yorker, a father, husband, and public servant who knows how to lead, and WIN.

As Nassau County Executive, he was re-elected in 2025 by 12 points in a Democrat-leaning county by doing what Albany won't: keeping communities safe, cutting taxes, and putting common sense first.

He fought sanctuary policies, rejected mask mandates, stopped boys from playing in girls sports, and made Nassau the safest County in America while hiring hundreds of new police officers.

A 9/11 Port Authority Commissioner and two-term County Executive, Bruce has led through crisis and delivered results. He's built the blueprint to beat Kathy Hochul, and he's ready to put New York First.

Kirk Imperati

Sheriff Imperati is a lifelong resident of Dutchess County. He is a graduate of Marist College where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and is currently working on his Masters degree in Public administration. Kirk is a board member of the Hospice Foundation and the Ryan McElroy Children's Cancer Foundation. He is a trustee for his parish of over 45 years, Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Poughkeepsie and served on the steering committee for Our Lady of Lourdes High School Athletic Facilities. Kirk has been married to his wife Becky for over 30 years; they have two beautiful daughters.

I came to America legally with my parents as a small child. This country gave my family opportunity, and it gave me the chance to live the American Dream.

I grew up here, earned my citizenship, proudly served as a United States Navy Hospital Corpsman, raised my family, built a career, and dedicated much of my life to serving veterans, first responders, young people, and my community.

I am running for New York State Assembly because I believe America is worth loving, protecting, and strengthening—and I believe New York can do better.

I am not running to become a career politician. I am running because I believe government should work for the people, not the other way around.
